Products - what we do

Hogroasts:         60 to 250+

For all sizes of events.  More than 250 guests? just have two hogroasts, no prob.

Lambroasts:      20 to 70

For smaller parties/soirees; a higher cost per head but a quite different and

memorable meal; my personal preference

Barbecues:        any number of guests

A basic menu or your preferences; tell us what you would like and we will try and

provide it

Quality of meat supplied:

At present all our pigs and lamb are sourced locally through local butchers; we can,

should you require it provide New Forest Marque and/or Organic produce; burgers

and sausages are made and supplied by our local butchers who may also supply

steak, chicken and other items; this quality does however come with slightly extra

in some cases and where cost is an issue, we may source our meat from other

suppliers.

Please mention when booking if you would prefer your own supplier or something

specific e.g. wild boar or venison, which we could probably source for you.
