Services - how much do you want us to do?

Full service:

We will not only provide the equipment, the pig, lamb and/or meat and gas

but also the staff to cook, carve and serve it to your guests with apple/mint

sauce and stuffing

Equipment hire:

Just hire the equipment you need and do it yourself - barbecue, griddle or

roaster and gas; collect it yourself and save the delivery charges; clean the

equipment and save the cleaning charges; we can provide advice as well

as supplying meat/pig/lamb and we also offer a spitting service
